
Denholm, who has served on Tesla's load up since 2014, will abandon her job as CFO of Telstra, the Australian telecom monster, in a half year.

Preceding working at Telstra, Denholm put in seven years at Toyota in Australia, where she was a senior monetary chief. Preceding that she worked at Sun Microsystems and Juniper Networks in Silicon Valley.
Tesla's contention with the SEC started in August, when Musk tweeted that he was taking the electric vehicle organization private and had "subsidizing anchored" at $420 an offer. The organization's offer value took off, and afterward dove when it turned out there was no such financing all things considered.
Musk did not remark about the proceed onward Twitter, but rather he lauded his associate in an organization proclamation.
"Robyn has broad involvement in both the tech and auto ventures, and she has made huge commitments as a Tesla Board part in the course of recent years in helping us turn into a productive organization," Musk said. "I anticipate working much more intimately with Robyn as we keep quickening the coming of maintainable vitality."
